The Park & Slide concept provides a beautifully simple but comprehensive solution to the perennial problem of maximizing available parking space.
The 'slide' in the concept is provided by horizontal runners, which are bolted to the floor to carry a metal plate. The runners are comprised of a system of patented ball bearings and steel channels. The vehicle is driven onto the metal plates, which can then be simply pushed along the slides to one side of the garage or parking area to create space for the second vehicle. All models are fitted with rail protectors.
The Park & Slide concept has been developed to form the basis of a range of products to handle motorcycles, ATV’s, golf carts, and lawn tractors, as well as cars and vans.
Simple to install and requiring minimal maintenance, Park & Slide provides the optimum solution for double garages or restricted parking areas. It can also be designed into new-design buildings to maximize available space and pre-empt future parking problems. A Park & Slide system can even be custom designed to solve seemingly insoluble problems in particularly restricted or hard to access parking environments.
